During my tenure at C.R. Onsrud, I have led numerous initiatives, but my most significant achievement has been building a highly effective team. I spearheaded the migration of our legacy systems to AWS and implemented a CI/CD pipeline for both distributed and embedded systems, enabling scalable distribution and automated maintenance processes. These efforts contributed to a 30% reduction in operational expenses, a 400% increase in monthly active users, and a 500% expansion of our target market.
In this role, my primary objective was to lead the engineering team through a phase of rapid expansion. I implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC) and established a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure consistency and accountability from engineering through to production. Additionally, I integrated an automated quoting system, which reduced response times by 70% and increased the quote win rate by 110%. This strategy enabled us to sustain a 300% annual growth rate while implementing distributed IoT systems for monitoring and analyzing equipment performance. These innovations provided key insights to enhance throughput and uptime, resulting in a 150% increase in manufacturing uptime for our clients. Additionally, our proprietary automated consumption tracking system ensured consistent inventory management without the need for manual intervention.
